I think the week leading up to the demo day for our final project was both stressful and exciting. Although the week ended with a bit of disappointment, I'm proud of myself and my team members for pushing through and creating this wonderful project.

The idea of our project, the Blind-Assistive Robot, emerged after we came across two distinct initiatives: hand-gesture-controlled robots and the conventional blind stick. We then attempted to integrate these concepts, thereby creating a hands-free blind assistance solution.
The apparatus used in this project includes the following:
• Ultrasonic Sensor
• Vibration Motor
• Arduino Board
• Motor Driver
• DC Motors (2x)
• Wheels
• Chassis
• Battery Pack
• Connecting Wires
• Breadboard
• Bluetooth Module
Reflection:
Explored the cool world of Arduino and its many components.
Recognized Bluetooth modules as a notable technical challenge in the project.
Overcame challenges, leading to a better understanding and ease of use.
Acknowledged the importance of teamwork within the group.
Improved interpersonal and collaborative skills through shared responsibilities and solving problems together.
Understood how Arduino projects can contribute to positive change in the world.
On the demo day, our project would not work no matter what we tried, and when it was time for the event to start, we sort of gave up on making the project work and instead focused on giving a good presentation.
The presentation went well by God's grace, and we could finally breathe. After that, I felt great and proud of my team members for trying their best. Though we couldn't be selected as one of the top projects, I realized that it didn't matter and that we could always try again next time. We also learned the importance of planning, teamwork, collaboration, and time management.
On an end note, I'd like to thank our professor, Dr. Judhi, for allowing us to work on this group project. I congratulate all our friends who also worked on the same project and appreciate their hard work, which showed in their wonderful projects and confident presentation skills.
